What will you be doing?
Your key responsibility as a Pilot Administrative Officer is to support the (deputy) Head of Pilots and the Pilot Managers team by taking on the first line support and direct our Flight Crew to the right person. You will also support our Head of Examiners and Head of Instructors in their day to day tasks.
As a Pilot Administrator you will be responsible for the first line support for our Flight Crew Members regarding social questions or queries they are dealing with. You will resolve first line questions and offer support to the Pilot Manager with second line queries. As a Pilot Administrator you will guarantee a proactive and organizational support related to all operational challenges the Flight Crew Social Department and the Training Department is facing. As a Pilot Administrator you will support in general administrative tasks, such as but not limited to updating information in our employee database and you will digitally manage the personnel files and reviewing files regarding Flight Crew. You will organise and coordinate events such as, but not limited to Pilot Meetings.
You collaborate closely with all other operational business as, making sure the collaboration between teams runs smoothly.
As a Pilot Administrator you will provide support in several Flight Crew related projects for example: performance management, career / personnel development, etc. and you will support in the follow-up of these different projects.
As a Pilot Administrator, you will report to the (Deputy) Head of Pilots and you will closely collaborate with the Head of Examiners and Head of Instructors.
Are you the smile we are looking for?
- You have a Bachelor’s degree and/or a few years of experience within an administrative & organizational environment
- You have a good knowledge of Dutch, English & French
- You have a strong affinity with aviation industry
- You have excellent planning and organisation skills
- You have the ability to operate in a changing environment and under time pressure
- Self-motivated and autonomous worker with the ability to take initiative and work collaboratively
- You can work with the MS Office package (Excel, PPT, ...)
