OPEN HOUSE DAY
Open House Day – Saturday 11 May 2019
It is our pleasure to invite you to our Open House day. On that day, you can find out all you need to know about the Pilot Academy!
Planning of the morning sessions
9.30 am: Welcome at the headquarters of TUI fly at Zaventem.
10.00 am: Dutch- and French-language information session about the training. This session is followed by a fair, where you will have the opportunity to talk to students, pilots, coaches and people from the HR department.
12.30 pm: Expected end of the morning activities.

1.30 pm: Welcome at the headquarters of TUI fly at Zaventem.

4.30 pm: Expected end of the afternoon activities.

Location: Jetairport – Brussels Airport 40P, 1930 Zaventem
The train arrives at the underground train station of Brussels Airport (level -1).From there you can then walk to the TUI building.
Go to the arrival hall (Brussels Airport +1) and continue to the TUI building passing by the Sheraton hotel. Signposts will be provided.
Attention: You must pay a Diabolo fee to travel to and from Brussels Airport. More information via www.nmbs.be.
The buses arrive at Brussels Airport on the ground floor. From the bus station you can walk to the TUI building.
The TUI building is easily accessible. From the Brussels ring road you follow the traffic signs to Brussels Airport.
In most GPS systems, you can find the airport under POI (Points Of Interest). The address of the airport is A201/Vilvoordelaan in 1930 Zaventem or you can also enter the address of the TUI office: Brussels Airport 40P, 1930 Zaventem.
