OUR PROGRAMMES

The TUI fly MPL Flight College offers two programmes enabling you to obtain the Multi-Crew Pilot License (MPL) and preparing you to fly a Boeing 737 as First Officer.  TUI fly offers both a fast and a classic track.

The classic track means that you are employed in the TUI fly operations on a four-fifths basis. This will give you the opportunity to familiarise yourself with the ins and outs of the aviation sector. You will acquire in-depth knowledge of our Flight Operations and other departments. They are the backbone of TUI fly.  These valuable insights will be of use to you later, in your position as First Officer. As you will already be working, you will receive a salary to help you finance your training. The price is only €10,000 per training year,  two thirds less than the average cost of a training.

The fast track prepares you for a job as First Officer in just eighteen months. The intensive training, focusing on both theory and practice, will enable you to obtain your MPL after one and a half year. The contents is the same as that of the classic track. The main difference is that you will be immersed in the training full-time and that the cost is € 50,000.
