Cabin & Cockpit crew

Working in the air

We rely on our airline and our flying staff to bring passengers to their holiday destination in a safe and pleasant manner.
The fleet of TUI fly includes several Boeing 787 Dreamliner, Boeing 767-300 and Boeing 737-800.  These aircraft are used for both short and long distances in and outside Europe.

Our fleet in Belgium is part of the international fleet of TUI Group, with airlines in Great Britain, Germany, Scandinavia, France and the Netherlands. We fly to over 90 destinations worldwide: we take our passengers to holiday destinations on the Mediterranean coast, the Caribbean, North America and Africa.

TUI fly employs approximately 1,000 people. About 200 employees work at Zaventem headquarters. The other employees work at the airports of Zaventem, Ostend, Charleroi and Antwerp, or in the cabin or cockpit of our aircraft.

Working as a cabin crew member means that you have a dynamic job of an international nature. Together with your colleagues, you will make sure that TUI passengers have a pleasant flight to the different holiday destinations. This job is very demanding. It involves a lot more than welcoming passengers on board and offering them something to eat or drink. You will be faced with changing working hours, safety procedures, all kinds of different people and problems that need to be solved quickly and adequately. However, you will never be alone. With the support of the entire crew, you will make sure that TUI lives up to its motto: “Discover your smile.”

Have you been bitten by the flying bug? Maybe you should check our vacancies for the position of Flight Attendant. You will find a job description below. Do you still have questions? Take a look at this page first.  Who knows, you may find a specific answer to your question.

The pilots and co-pilots make sure that the flight is carried out in a safe, efficient and customer-focused manner. In this context, they comply with the legal requirements and procedures of TUI fly Belgium and the international TUI Group.

TUI fly Academy

At our Academy we offer several First Officer and/or Pilot training courses.

TUI fly MPL College

The purpose of the TUI fly MPL Flight College is to make the dream of becoming a pilot financially affordable for more young people. At the same time, it is our intention to train pilots who meet the strictest criteria. We offer two training courses, one of which involves a combination of study and work.

Through interactive courses, e-learning and simulator exercises, you can start working as a First Officer after 18 months or three years. The type rating Boeing 737 is included in the programme.  Experienced pilots and a professional team of teachers will be responsible for your training. They will support you throughout the programme and teach you everything a pilot needs to know.
