Working in the air
We rely on our airline and our flying staff to bring passengers to their holiday destination in a safe and pleasant manner.
The fleet of TUI fly includes several Boeing 787 Dreamliner, Boeing 767-300 and Boeing 737-800. These aircraft are used for both short and long distances in and outside Europe.
Our fleet in Belgium is part of the international fleet of TUI Group, with airlines in Great Britain, Germany, Scandinavia, France and the Netherlands. We fly to over 90 destinations worldwide: we take our passengers to holiday destinations on the Mediterranean coast, the Caribbean, North America and Africa.
TUI fly employs approximately 1,000 people. About 200 employees work at Zaventem headquarters. The other employees work at the airports of Zaventem, Ostend, Charleroi and Antwerp, or in the cabin or cockpit of our aircraft.

You will be faced with changing working hours, safety procedures, all kinds of different people and problems that need to be solved quickly and adequately. However, you will never be alone. With the support of the entire crew, you will make sure that TUI lives up to its motto: “Discover your smile.”
